Ms. Lori Reynolds from Peking University, China visits IFIM Law School

Ms. Lori Reynolds from Peking University, School of Transnational Law, China visited IFIM campus and held a session for the students of IFIM Law School. She highlighted the aspects of Transnational Law, which are a hybrid of domestic and international law. This is a special kind of law practiced by lawyers representing Transnational Corporations, International NGO's, MNC’s etc. Ms. Lori Reynolds also spoke about new and emerging subjects in international law curriculum like Transnational Energy Law, Policy Client-Lawyer Interactions, Intercultural Competence for Lawyers, Drafting Bilingual Contracts, China and the WTO, Global Corporate Compliance and Transnational Intellectual Property.
