IFIM Law School conducted this workshop to build and develop the understanding for Amendments in Companies Act 2013 and its impact on existing companies and professionals. Topic was deliberated by the eminent speakers like Mr. Venkatesh Pastay, legal consultant, CA. ShyamRamadhyani, Mr. Sundharesan Jayamoorthi (comp. Secretaries) having rich practical experience in the respective field.
