Miss Mukul Rani Parajuli

Assistant Professor

Mukul Rani Parajuli is a Law researcher and works in the field of Intellectual Property Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Law and economics and old laws of Sikkim. She has more than five publications published in peer reviewed journals and International Journals.

Mukul has an academic qualification from Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, China, Maurer School of Law, Indiana University, USA, Jindal Global Law School, O.P Jindal Global University, India and Sikkim Government Law College affiliated with University of North Bengal, India.

Mukul practiced at the Hon’ble High Court of Sikkim for over three years. She served as a faculty at the Sikkim Central University and ICFAI University, Sikkim.

Mukul was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship at the Zhejiang University Gaunghua Law School, China, where she obtained her Masters in Chinese Law; Savitri Jindal Scholarship at the Jindal Global Law School, India, where she obtained her Masters in Intellectual Property Right and Technology Law. Mukul was selected for Semester Law Exchange program at the Maurer School of Law, Indiana University, USA, fall semester with scholarship and completed intensive courses on Intellectual Property Law and European Law. She has obtained her a BA.LL.B degree from the Sikkim Government Law College affiliated with University of North Bengal, India.

Mukul has scored distinctions in her Master in Chinese Law. She has been awarded Certificate of Excellence for her outstanding performance and excellence in academic endeavors at O.P. Jindal University, India. Mukul is known for her observational skills, works as a conceptualizer and as an enthusiastic teacher of law. She believes in knowledge sharing with an outcome.
