IFIM Law School organized “Kala Vruksh" Talent Hunt Competition
About the committee:
The committee is formed to inculcate cultural and sports activities in the college. It encourages the students to participate in various cultural and sports events organized inside and outside the college. The committee also aids the team(s) participating in various events.
About the Talent Hunt Competition:
Talent hunt competition is a contest in which participants will compete by showcasing their talent in the field of Singing, Dancing, Mono-Act, Face-Painting, Poster-Making and Caption Writing.
The purpose of
organising this competition is to bring out the talent of the students of IFIM Law School. This would help the committee to select the students to participate in various fests.
The Talent Hunt Competition
was conducted on 13 October 2017, i.e., Friday. The timings of the event were 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. and the venue for the same was Auditorium.
The events for the competition were:
- Singing Competition.
- Dance Competition.
- Mono-Act
- Face Painting.
- Caption Writing.
- Poster Making
Singing Competition
First position was backed by Mr. Sushant Murthy (Batch 2016-2021), second position was shared between two participants, Ms. Swati Jha (Batch 2017-2022) and Ms. Sakshi Gupta (Batch 2017-2022) and third position was backed by Ms. Rituka Mane (Batch 2017-2022).
Dance Competition
Mr. Hari (Batch 2017-2022) backed the first position.
Face Painting
The theme for the face painting competition was ‘contemporary’. The participants were required to participate in a team of two members. The time allotted for the competition was twenty minutes.
The teams were as follows:
- Mr. Jambey Tsering and Mr. Sarbodeep Sood (Batch 2015-2020).
- Mr. Manish and Mr. Ankit (Batch 2016-2021).
- Mr. Ashwanth and Mr. Shubham (Batch 2016-2021).
- Ms. Soumya and Ms. Swati (Batch 2017-2022).
Caption Writing
The pictures for the caption writing was displayed on spot. Five pictures were displayed and the participants were required to write a caption for each picture with the time limit of four minutes per picture.
First position was backed by Mr. Nihal Raj (Batch 2017-2022), second position was shared between two students Ms. Nidhi Chauhan (Batch 2015-2020) and Mr. Sushant Murthy (Batch 2016-2021) and third position
was backed by Mr. V.V. Mahesh (Batch 2016-2021).
Poster Making.
The theme for the poster making was ‘War, Law and Peace’. The participants were required to participate in a team of two or three. The time allotted for the competition was forty minutes which exceeded to one
hour.
First position was backed by the team of Mr. Jambey Tsering and Ms. Nidhi Chauhan (Batch 2015-2020) and second position was backed by the team of Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Ritik Singh (Batch 2016-2021).
